Stall and RV Assignments
Below is the Stall and RV assignments. If Lower Lot is listed by your RV, you will be assigned a site when you arrive at the Stall and Check in office. Please do not worry there will be parking attendants helping everyone. There are no Generators allowed in any of the RV lots. Parking between the barns is limited and will only be allowed down the center in single file line. This will be enforced.

FAQ’s and other Information:
You must check in at the show office prior to your first run. You must check in with the gate personal before EACH run.
Thursday -4pm -8pm
Friday-9am- end of race
Saturday -8am- end of race
Sunday – Right after Church -end of race
DRESS CODE – Cowboy hat or helmet and collared, button-up shirt, jeans and cowboy boots. No Ball Caps!! You may also run in your St. Jude 2021 Barrel Jam approved attire ( pre-order or purchase onsite while supplies last).
HAT FINES– $10 for hats lost in the arena
STALLS – $30 per stall per night
All overnight horses MUST BE STALLED!! Tie outs are not allowed. This is a facility rule.
RV– $80 per weekend. VIP RV –$150/weekend (includes 50or 30amp water and sewer)
Training Sessions and Exhibitions – must be purchased in person
3pm -Move in ! no early arrivals please plan accordingly
4pm- Thursday and Friday training session will go on sale. Friday Exhibitions will also be available to purchase. No Refunds on sessions or exhibitions.
6pm- 8 pm-training sessions ($15 per horse for 25 min ;Max 10 horses in one session)
9AM -noon – training sessions ($15 per horse for 25 min ;Max 10 horses in one session)
Noon til 3:30 PM exhibitions $5 (60 second time limit $10 fine for going over)
6PM- Saturday exhibitions go on sale
8am-9:30am- exhibitions $5 (60 second time limit; $10 fine for going over)
All trainers must be paid for in person NO TABS or Call ins
TABS- No tabs for entry fees or stalls, etc. You must be paid in full before your run for you to have a qualified time.
After the Pre- entries close, a refund of 75% of entry fees, stall fees, and RV fees will be granted to contestants with a valid doctor or vet release. 90% REFUND of entry, stall and rv fee will be granted if received by 02/12/21. No refund on processing fees or credits card fees for any reason. No Refunds on shavings after pre-entries close.

Draw out -barrel jam Form
Refunds will only be granted if the Draw-Out Form is presented to show management before the deadline. It is the sole responsibility of the contestant to ensure that the form has been received by management before the deadline.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED AFTER THE DRAW IS POSTED. DRAW OUTS RECEIVED AFTER THIS TIME ARE CONSIDERED SCRATCHES ONLY AND THE ENTRY FEES WILL REMAIN IN THE PAYOUT. All refunds will be mailed in the form of a check to the address provided on the Wednesday following the event.
