Stall and RV’s are assigned by order they were received. We tried to accommodate all request the best we can. If you have any questions about Stalls or the RV Assignments, please email barreljammemphis@gmail.com until the office opens Thursday
There are no Generators allowed in any of the RV lots. Parking between the barns is limited and will only be allowed down the center in single file line. This will be enforced.
FAQ’s and other Information:
You must check in at the show office prior to your first run. You must check in with the gate personal before EACH run.
Online entries will close at 2/20/26. You can enter each Open race onsite until the first horse runs.
OFFICE HOURS
- Thursday 4pm-7:30pm
- Friday 8:30 am- end of Race
- Saturday 8am-end of Race
- Sunday – immediately after Church (Church @8am )
DRESS CODE – Cowboy hat or helmet and collared, button-up shirt, jeans and cowboy boots. No Ball Caps!! You may also run in your St. Jude 2026 Barrel Jam approved attire ( pre-order or purchase onsite while supplies last).
HAT FINES– $10 for hats lost in the arena
STALLS – $80 weekend (Friday & Saturday) ; Thursday night additional $35
All overnight horses MUST BE STALLED!! Tie outs are not allowed. This is a facility rule.
RV– $100 per weekend. Thursday night additional $35; VIP RV –$200/weekend (includes 50or 30amp water and sewer)
Training Sessions and Exhibitions -will go on sale online 2/23/26@6 pm and will close 2/24/26@ 10pm
The remainder will be available for purchase in person when the office open Thursday @ 4pm
Age Side pots each day $30EF ; Youth -18& under ; Adult 19-49; Masters 50& over; Age as of 8/1/25
3D Pole Bending -**UPDATE** $5000 added to Poles!! We will have poles on Friday and Saturday $2000 added to each round and $1000 to the average. Awards will be awarded to average winners

3pm -Move in ! no early arrivals please plan accordingly
4pm- Office opens
6pm- 7:30 pm -Training sessions ($20 per horse for 25 min ;Max 15 horses in one session)
Friday
9AM -noon – training sessions ($20 per horse for 25 min ;Max 15 horses in one session)
Noon til 4 PM exhibitions $5 (60 second time limit $10 fine for going over)
4:30 3D Pole Bending ( Books will close at 4pm so draw can be posted)
5PM-Future Legends $25 EF followed by Open 4D $1500 added
9pm – Poles books close for Saturday
Saturday
9AM -Pole Bending 3D $40 EF $2000 added (books close Friday night at 9pm)
Followed by Future Legends $30 EF ;$250 Added and the 4D Open $65EF $2500 added
Sunday
8AM- Church
9AM – Future Legends $30EF $250 added followed by Open 4D $65EF $2500 added
Refunds/Draw outs
A refund of 75% of entry fees, stall fees, and RV fees will be granted to contestants with a valid doctor or vet release until February 20,2026 ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED AFTER ONLINE ENTRIES CLOSE. DRAW OUTS RECEIVED AFTER THIS TIME ARE CONSIDERED SCRATCHES ONLY AND THE ENTRY FEES WILL REMAIN IN THE PAYOUT. All refunds will be mailed in the form of a check to the address provided on the Wednesday following the event.
NO REFUNDS on online entry fees or office fees. If you use the online system more than once those fees are your responsibility. Please make sure you double check your entry before submitting it.
Documentation required for refund!
Refunds will only be granted if the Draw-Out Form is presented to show management before the deadline. It is the sole responsibility of the contestant to ensure that the form has been received by management before the deadline.
